- All returns must be authorized by us.

- Occasionally prices and specifications change without notice due to circumstances beyond our control.
- Due to economic conditions in the steel industry, products containing steel may have an additional surcharge.
Refunds:
We offer a money-back guarantee on all purchases made through our website for items kept in stock in our warehouse. If you are not satisfied with the product received you are given 14 calendar days from the date of purchase to contact a sales rep.
After the 14-day period, you will no longer be eligible for a refund. We encourage customers to inspect items upon arrival to ensure satisfaction within that 2 week period.
